When you select the Lineweight in the Line Weight Manager, which is accessible from the menu item Options->Lineweight, its numeric value is displayed. The default setting for plot style lineweight is Default. You can modify an existing lineweight if you want. The measurement can be millimeter or inch.

To view line weight in a layout, check Display Line Weight option.
