A page setup is a collection of plot device and other settings that affect the look and feel as well as format of your final output from a layout tab. These settings can be altered and applied to other layouts.

Every initialized layout has a page setup associated with it by default. A layout is initialized if its paper size is defined in the page setup to any size.
